Hi there,
You’re getting this email because I remember seeing you at church on Sunday night (thanks for being part of the evening crowd!).
After preaching, I had some kind feedback from some Godly, humble, thoughtful people at HTG who pointed out that I’d possibly been overly aggressive, or heavy-handed, at points in my sermon. On reflection, I think they’re right; although everything I said was intentional, I believe my manner was – at certain points – unnecessarily confrontational.
If I offended or upset you on Sunday night, please forgive me. And thanks to those of you who gave me a gentle rebuke.
